When money comes back and when it does not, including how the EU right of withdrawal applies to a service that starts the moment you pay for it.
Effective 25 July 2026.
MCPmailer is a digital service delivered immediately: as soon as you pay, the plan is active and your agents can send. Subscription fees, renewals, and usage charges are non-refundable.
There is a free tier precisely so you can decide whether the service works for you before paying anything. Use it.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services that right lapses once performance begins with your express consent and acknowledgement.
By subscribing you ask for immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it starts. If the law where you live gives you a similar cooling-off right for digital services, the same applies to the extent that law allows.
This section is about consumers. Most MCPmailer customers are businesses, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases at all.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no partial refund for unused time.
Cancelling does not delete your data. See the Terms of Service for what happens to it when an account closes.
Usage above your plan allowance is metered and billed in arrears. Those charges reflect mail that was actually accepted for delivery, so they are not refundable either.
If you believe usage was recorded that your agents did not generate, tell us. If a fault on our side inflated your usage, we will correct the invoice.
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will fix it and refund the incorrect charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds go back to the original payment method. Expect a few business days for it to appear, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.
If we suspend or close your account for breaching the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, fees already paid are not refunded.
If we terminate your account for a reason that is not your breach, for example because we discontinue the service, we refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including remedies where a service is defective or not as described.
