A new sending domain has no reputation, and opening at full volume is what gets one filtered. Put in where you are starting and where you need to be, and this gives you the ramp.
| Week | Messages per day | Of which replies, ideally |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 20 | 12 |
| 2 | 40 | 24 |
| 3 | 80 | 48 |
| 4 | 160 | 96 |
| 5 | 320 | 192 |
| 6 | 500 | 300 |
Reaches 500 a day in week 6. Hold the ramp for a week whenever hard bounces rise above a fraction of a percent, or any complaint arrives.
The doubling rate is gated on engagement, not on the calendar. Mail that gets replied to buys reputation far faster than mail that is merely delivered, which is why an agent answering inbound can ramp quicker than one sending cold, and why the plan shows the reply share underneath the curve.
