Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the program

You apply from your MCPmailer dashboard. Every application is reviewed by a person, and we may accept or decline any application for any reason. Nothing is owed to you until an application is approved: a referral link only earns from the moment your account is approved.

You must have a MCPmailer account in your own name or your company's name, and a PayPal account that can receive payments in the currency your commissions are earned in. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You take part as an independent contractor. This agreement does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or representative of MCPmailer, and it does not give you authority to make commitments on our behalf.

2. How referrals are credited

Your referral link sets a cookie in the visitor's browser that lasts 90 days. If that visitor creates a MCPmailer workspace within those 90 days, the workspace is credited to you.

First click wins. If a visitor arrives through more than one affiliate's link, the first affiliate whose cookie is still valid is credited. A workspace is only ever credited to one affiliate, and the credit is set once, when the workspace is created. It cannot be moved afterwards.

Credit depends on the cookie surviving. If a visitor blocks cookies, clears them, or signs up on a different browser or device, no commission is earned. We do not reconstruct attribution by hand.

You may not earn commission on your own workspaces, on workspaces belonging to companies you control, or on accounts you create for someone else in order to claim commission.

3. What you earn

You earn 25% of the subscription fee a workspace you referred pays us, for one year from the moment the workspace is credited to you. This is recurring: it applies to every renewal in that year, not only the first payment.

Commission is on the plan price alone. Usage above the plan allowance, one-off charges, and anything else that appears on the same invoice earn nothing: you are paid for the customer you introduced, not for how heavily they happen to send.

Commission is calculated excluding tax. VAT and other taxes we collect and pass on are not revenue and do not earn commission. Discounts come off too, since a discounted plan is what the customer actually paid.

The one-year window runs from the date the referral was created, not from the date the workspace first paid. Invoices paid after the window closes earn nothing, even if the customer stays with us for years.

If a referred workspace downgrades, cancels, or pays less in a given month, your commission follows what they actually paid. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

4. Clearing and reversals

A commission is held for 30 days after the invoice is paid. During that hold it is visible in your dashboard as clearing, and cannot be paid out.

If the invoice is refunded or charged back before the commission has been paid out, the commission is reversed and you keep nothing from it. This is why the hold exists.

If a refund or chargeback lands after a commission has already been paid out to you, we will not claw the money back automatically. We may deduct it from your next payout instead, and will tell you when we do.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made to the PayPal address on your affiliate account, in the currency the commissions were earned in. You request a payout from your dashboard when you are ready; we do not pay automatically on a schedule.

The minimum payout is $50, or the equivalent in the currency being paid. Balances below the minimum stay in your account until they reach it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your PayPal address. A payout sent to an address you gave us is your payout, even if you gave us the wrong one. If PayPal rejects a payout, the commissions are returned to your available balance so you can correct the address and try again.

PayPal may charge fees on receiving a payment, and currency conversion is theirs, not ours. We pay the amount shown in your dashboard; what arrives after PayPal has taken its cut is between you and PayPal.

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We do not withhold tax, and depending on where you live you may need to invoice us or declare this income yourself. If your local law requires an invoice from you before we can pay, tell us and we will work it out.

6. How you may and may not promote us

Promote MCPmailer honestly. Describe what the product does, use our name and screenshots, write reviews and tutorials, and say plainly that you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it. In most places, including the EU and the US, that disclosure is required.

You may not:

• – Send unsolicited bulk email, direct messages, or any other form of spam that mentions MCPmailer.
• – Bid on "MCPmailer" or close variants in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for our own.
• – Register domains, social accounts, or app listings that use our name or a confusable variant.
• – Claim to be MCPmailer, to speak for us, or to offer support, refunds, or discounts on our behalf.
• – Make claims about the product that are not true, including invented features, prices, guarantees, or customer names.
• – Use coupon, cashback, or deal sites to intercept people who were already on their way to signing up.
• – Cookie-stuff, use pop-unders or forced clicks, or set the referral cookie without a real click.
• – Buy traffic, use bots, or create accounts yourself to inflate referrals.

You may use our name and logo to say that you are a MCPmailer affiliate and to link to us. Do not modify the logo, and do not use it in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or have reviewed whatever else is on the page.

7. Suspension and termination

Either of us can end this arrangement at any time. You can stop promoting us whenever you like; we can suspend or close your affiliate account, with notice, if you break these terms or if the referrals coming through you look fraudulent.

If we close your account for a reason that is not fraud or abuse, you keep the commissions you have already earned. Cleared balances above the minimum will be paid out; the one-year windows on your existing referrals stop earning from the date of closure.

If we close your account for fraud or abuse, unpaid commissions are forfeit. We will say what we found and give you a chance to answer before making that final.

8. Data

Your dashboard shows how many workspaces you referred, what each invoice earned you, and the workspace name so you can recognise your own referrals. It does not show anyone's email address, contacts, or mail, and you are not entitled to that information.

Treat what you can see about referred customers as confidential. Do not use it to contact them about anything other than the referral itself.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change reduces the commission rate, shortens the commission window, or raises the payout minimum, it applies only to referrals created after the change, and we will email affiliates at least 30 days before it takes effect. Referrals already credited to you keep the terms they were created under.

Other changes, such as clarifications or additions to the prohibited-promotion list, take effect when published.

10. Liability and law

The affiliate program is provided as it is. We do not promise that tracking will never fail, that any referral will convert, or that the program will run forever.

Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions payable to you at the time the claim arises. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This agreement is governed by Finnish law, and disputes go to the courts of Finland.
